Return Policy

Goods sold are not returnable and/or refundable unless otherwise specified.  Please kindly check measurement before purchase. 

In case of wrong product delivered, please contact us for return and exchange within 3 days upon receipt of product. The returned product will be checked and it should be in good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition as received. If the product had been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any exchange allowed and product will be returned back to customer at customer's expense.

Any complaints made 3 days after goods receipt will not be entertained.  K-YOO will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.
